According to TMZ Casey Cohen's attorneys fired off cease and desist letters against Bauer Publishing, who's Life & Style and In Touch Magazines both ran stories linking Jay Z and Casey this week.
Casey, who admits she's met Jay Z and Beyonce on several occasions, is demanding a retraction and an apology to herself, Jay Z and Beyonce.
