Back in April a judge dismissed the discrimination lawsuit brought against BET by transsexual Internet personality B. Scott after BET forced B to tone down his make-up and take off his high heel shoes moments before he was to host a red carpet segment for the BET Awards [click here if you missed that].
BET has offered to settle with B but he is refusing…
As a result of the ruling B. Scott was ordered to pay BET's legal fees which totaled $279,000.00.
BET is willing accept $15k if B agrees not to appeal the ruling, but B. has decided to move forward with his appeal demanding $150k in damages.
B tells TMZ
"No one will tell me who I should be, how I should present myself, or what I do with my life."
