The will-they-or-won’t-they debate about Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga’s wedding just took a turn for the worse. The couple, who became engaged in 2008 and are parents of son David Jr., 4, are at odds over their budding careers.
Sources say Jennifer, 32, is outraged that David,34, wants to return to the WWE and wrestle on a full-time basis. “Jen knows that it’s his passion,” a friend tells Star, “but she doesn’t want him away from home for long periods of time, and there’s always the chance that he could get hurt.” David, who is a Harvard-educated lawyer, is also under pressure from his fiancée’ to become a legal analyst for a television network.
“Jen keeps trying to steer him away from what he really wants to do,” continues the pal. “He feels like since she’s living her dream, he should be able to live his.”
