According to TMZ rapper Rich Homie Quan was in Atlanta's Piedmont Park yesterday filming the video for his next single when he suffered two seizures and smashed his head on the concrete after falling to the ground.
Paramedics were called to the scene and Rich Homie Quan was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Rich Homie Quan's reps tell TMZ the rapper was suffering from heat exhaustion.
