Earlier this week the OWN network announced their plans to produce a reality show about the NFL's first openly gay player St. Louis Rams Michael Sam [click here if you missed that].
Yeah, that's not going to happen…
Apparently The Rams weren't too thrilled about the project and after meetings with OWN the reality show has been postponed indefinitely.
The president of OWN released the following statement,
'After careful consideration and discussion with the St. Louis Rams, "The Untitled Michael Sam Project" has been postponed, allowing Michael the best opportunity to achieve his dream of making the team.'
