Gucci Mane pleads guilty to gun charges and won't be getting out of jail until 2016…
According to reports rapper Gucci Mane pleaded guilty on Tuesday to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and will serve 39 months in jail, minus 10 months time served, under his new plea agreement. The charge normally carries up to 10 years in jail.
Gucci will also face $250k in fines.
Gucci Mane's sentencing is set for July.
