A verdict was expected Friday morning in the assault case against Chris Brown's bodyguard and Chris Brown's trial was expected to begin Friday afternoon but the judge in the case has delayed her verdict until after the Easter break.
Chris Brown appeared briefly in court on Friday to testify but was escorted out moments later when it became clear that he would not take the stand.
Chris Brown's mother Joyce Hawkins, his girlfriend Karrueche Tran, rapper Bow Wow and R&B singer Tank were all present in court to support him.
