According TMZ Chris Brown was loaded onto Con Air headed for D.C. yesterday on a flight that will take at least three days to reach its destination.
Chris' flight is routed through Oklahoma with several other stops to pick up more prisoners along the way.
Chris Brown's hearing is set for Monday morning where his attorney plans to try and have the case dismissed.
The trial is set to begin April 17th.
