According to TMZ Chris Brown was still en route Sunday night after more than three days of travel.
Apparently whenever there's a stop to pick up more prisoners the convicts are taken to local jails to wait for the next available con-air flight.
It is unclear if Chris will make it to D.C. in time for his Monday hearing.
