According to reports Chris Brown arrived in D.C. yesterday by Con-Air, but not in time for his first hearing where the judge rejected his request to dismiss his case on the grounds that the prosecution unlawfully took the case before a grand jury [click here if you missed that].
Chris was transferred to the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw, Virginia where he will stay until the start of his trial on April 17th.
