Last year Bobby Brown announced his intentions to sue the National Enquirer and his former biographer Derrick Handspike for running a story claiming Bobby and Whitney Houston had been planning to re-marry in the weeks before her tragic death [click here if you missed that].
Bobby just got the ok to move forward with his suit…
According to W.E.N.N the National Enquirer wanted the case thrown out on the grounds that the one year statue of limitations had run out two days before Bobby's filing.
The request was denied because an online version of the story ran two days later and Bobby has been given the go ahead to move forward with his suit.
