The staff at Bergdorf Goodman was on their toes Tuesday when Beyoncé Knowles made a midday stop to shop for handbags on the main floor.
“The staff was all very nervous because she is known to have people fired,” alleged my source in the store. Last year, a young saleswoman in the store’s fine jewelry department was thrilled to meet the wife of Jay Z and posted a photo of the pop star on Twitter.
When Knowles complained to management that her privacy had been violated, the young woman was dismissed, my source claims.
