Back in 2011 50 Cent went into business with a company called Sleek to produce a line of headphones to rival Beats by Dre.
Before their venture could get off the ground 50 caused a mini scandal by urging his followers to buy stock in Sleek in a move that some saw as unethical [click here if you missed that].
50 and Sleek parted ways and 50 and went on to produce a new line of headphones called Sync by 50.
The problem is Sleek claims 50 ripped off their design and stole their customer contacts before he left.
A judge agreed with SMS and 50 has been ordered to cough up $16 million in damages.
