Two years ago America's Next Top Model judge Rob Evans was arrested for felony assault after beating the breaks off of a fellow male model at a Beverly Hills house party [click here if you missed that].

According to TMZ male model Landry Macdeo claims he and Rob Evans were working an event in Beverly Hills when Rob went berserk and attacked him for no reason, putting him in the hospital.
Landry is suing Rob and their mutual modeling agency, Next Management, claiming Next was aware of Rob's violent tendency and his past as a professional boxer.
Landry is seeking unspecified damages.
