Back in January rapper Rick Ross slapped pop duo LMFAO with a copyright infringement lawsuit claiming they ripped off his lyric 'Everyday I'm Hustling' for their 2011 smash hit 'Party Rock Anthem [click here if you missed that].'
LMFAO fires back...
In their counter argument, dug up by Gossip Extra, LMFAO claims their lyric 'Everyday I'm Shuffling' refers to popular dance the Melbourne Shuffle whereas Rick Ross' lyric, 'Everyday I'm Hustling' refers to cocaine and drug trafficking. Two totally different things.
The case is still pending.
