Earlier this week it was revealed that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Peter Thomas was being sued for $100k in back rent on his restaurant Bar One [click here if you missed that].
Turns out Peter has done this kind of thing before...

Radar has learned that this is not the first time Peter Thomas has clashed with a landlord.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, he was served an eviction notice by a different landlord, Boye Architecture, in August 2010. It is unclear how that case was resolved.
And in November 2009, court records show, Glenwood East Apartments served Thomas with an eviction notice, but that case was eventually dismissed.
