Misa Hylton-Brim, mother of Sean 'Diddy' Combs oldest son Justin, is about to lose her Westchester NY home to foreclosure...
According to reports Diddy took out a $712,000 mortgage on the house back in 2003 but payments stopped on the home in 2010.
Diddy tells TMZ the payments were never his responsibility and that Misa is messing up his credit by not keeping her end of the deal to pay off the house.
Interestingly enough back in 2010 Misa sued Diddy for an increase in child support claiming he was paying his other baby mama, Kim Porter, more money than her because Kim gave Diddy open door privileges while Misa did not [click here if you missed that].
