Chris Brown avoided jail time yesterday at a hearing regarding his arrest for battery in Washington, D.C...
The prosecutor wanted Chris Brow in jail arguing, "He continues to pose an increasingly violent danger to society. Defendant Brown's violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency."
It was also revealed that additional witnesses have come forward in the D.C. case providing sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
However, the judge denied the prosecutor's motion ruling instead that Chris Brown complete his 90 day rehab program.
