According to TMZ Porsha's wages are being garnished after falling behind $17,959 in homeowners dues on a condo she moved into after her divorce from Kordell Stewart.
The Homeowners Association filed legal docs to have Porsha's accounts frozen and any money received diverted to pay off the HOA.
Porsha, who collects $5,000 a month in spousal support from Kordell, is back home with her mother.
