Lamar gets off with probation...
From Us Weekly
"The case was resolved," a spokesperson from the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office told Us Weekly. The NBA player, 34, has agreed to 36 months of probation and 3 months of counseling in an alcohol-education program, after his lawyer entered a no-contest plea on behalf of the troubled star. "His lawyer was in court this morning, and advanced the case [after he] entered a no-contest plea," the spokesperson added. Odom was also ordered to pay $1,814 in fines and penalties.Lamar's drivers license was automatically suspended because he refused to take a chemical sobriety test at the time of his arrest. A hearing will be held at a later date to determine if his license will be reinstated.
