Earlier this month Katherine Jackson lost the multi-billion-dollar wrongful death lawsuit she filed against concert promoters AEG over the death of her son Michael Jackson [click here if you missed that].
Mrs. Jackson is going after AEG again...
According to TMZ Katherine Jackson has appealed the ruling on her wrongful death lawsuit on the grounds that the dismissal of two key defendants, AEG CEO Randy Phillips and "This is It" tour producer Paul Gonga, destroyed her case.
Mrs. Jackson is seeking $40 billion in damages.
