Back in June Chris Brown was accused of shoving a female fan to the ground for invading his VIP area at a club appearance in Orange County [click here if you missed that].
No charges were ever filed but the fan did file a civil lawsuit against Chris Brown and now he's counter-suing for defamation...
According to TMZ Chris Brown has filed a defamation of character lawsuit against Deanna Gines, calling her a drunken liar looking for a payout.
Chris also has tons of witnesses, including the club owner, to back him up.
Both cases are pending.
