Last month Cee Lo Green was charged with one count of furnishing ecstasy after he was accused of slipping the drug to his date without her knowledge [click here if you missed that].
Cee Lo pleaded not guilty to the charge but the District Attorney hinted the case goes much deeper...
According to TMZ at the preliminary hearing yesterday the D.A. hinted they planned to dig much deeper into the case, specifically the woman's claims that Cee Lo had sex with her after she passed out.
Cee Lo was not charged with sexual assault because the prosecutor initially failed to find enough evidence to charge him.
