A judge in New Jersey has ordered actor Roscoe Orman to continue paying palimony to the mother of their four children, Sharon Joiner-Orman, even though they never agreed to anything in writing.
Roscoe,71, left Sharon, 61, in 2010 after 39 years together and married a much younger woman in 2012.
Roscoe plans to appeal the ruling.
