Back 2009 Chris Brown pled guilty to felony assault and was sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 days community service and ordered to enroll in a domestic violence counseling program for attacking his then girlfriend Rihanna [click here if you missed that].
Now, following his arrest over the weekend for allegedly assaulting a fan in Washington D.C., Chris has been ordered to meet with his probation officer immediately to determine if he has violated the terms of his probation.
If found in violation Chris Brown faces up to four years in jail.
