The fashion party crowd was out in force Saturday. The main draw was the Alexander Wang bash, where the designer lived up to his party-boy reputation. Wang pulled a hot crowd to at South Street Seaport Pier 17 for his after-party. Among those present: Nicki Minaj, who our spywitness described as “an insecure diva” after she made the event’s production staff leave the room while she did a final sound check, resulting in the party starting late. Fashionistas hate waiting, but because of Minaj’s antics they were held outside in the rain for an hour. When the singer went onstage at 1 a.m., the well-refreshed audience went crazy.
