Back in July Kanye West was caught on video assaulting a photographer at LAX for daring to speak in his presence [click here if you missed that].
Now the pap is trying to sue but Kanye is claiming he acted in self defense...
In the counter suit filed by Kanye West Yeezy's lawyers explain,
"[The photographer] willfully and wrongfully caused Kanye West to reasonably believe his safety was in immediate danger."
“Kanye West responded to this assault by doing only those acts that were reasonably necessary for his self-defense and safety and was justified in doing those acts.”
