The book is called 'Love and War' and shares the same name as Tamar's highly anticipated second album.
Tamar says the book is called Love & War because she and Vince were going through a lot when they wrote it and calls her album the soundtrack to their relationship.
Love & War the album drops September 9 and Love & War the book hits shelves November 29.
