Last year Sean Kingston was named in a civil suit by a woman claiming she was raped by the rapper and two members from his entourage after being invited to his hotel room for a meet and greet after a Justin Bieber concert [click here if you missed that].

Earlier today TMZ reported that a November court date had been set for the trial and that the victim was seeking $5 million.
Sean addressed the situation on Twitter.
