Earlier this year a woman named Pamela Smith filed a paternity suit against Michael Jordan claiming he fathered her 16-year-old son and then withdrew the suit without explanation [click here if you missed that].

The whole thing started after the child in question posted a Youtube video outing Michael Jordan as his father.
Before the case could begin it was determined that the boy's paternity had been established back in 2003 during Pamela Smith's divorce proceedings.
According to TMZ the judge in the case has declared the lawsuit a publicity stunt and ordered Pamela to pay Michael Jordan's legal bills totaling $9,704.13.
