K. Michelle's landlord filed an eviction notice in Atlanta claiming K skipped out on her last two months rent before making her move to New York. The landlord is seeking back rent plus court costs.
K. Michelle, however, is singing a different tune. K claims she withheld rent because her shower wasn't working.
