New info about Jermaine's lawsuit has come to light and it's not pretty...
According to reports Jermaine Dupri believes Sun Trust Bank took advantage of the fact that he never finished high school to get him to sign a new loan agreement that he couldn't afford.
Jermaine says Sun Trust wined and dined him and plied him with gifts and told him the new loan agreement would benefit him greatly. Instead they raised the monthly payment leading Jermaine down the road to ruin.
Jermaine claims he had to sell his recording studio and SoSo Def catalog to pay back the bank and he wants restitution.
