According to TMZ HoodLove, LLC is suing Jay Z for stealing their "Hood Love" slogan for a line of T-Shirts for Rocawear.
HoodLove, a for-profit company dedicated to improving poverty stricken communities, has owned the rights to the phrase "HoodLove" since 2006.
Hoodlove is suing the ROC Apparel Group for unspecified damages.
