Dwyane Wade's charity is facing a lawsuit by a woman who was injured at an event...
According to TMZ the lawsuit was filed by a woman who was hit in the head with a drum mallet during the Wade's World 'Chicago's Got Talent' event.
Apparently she was sitting in an aisle seat when a high school marching band came down the aisle and the bass drummer caught her in the head with his mallet.
The woman is suing DWade, the venue and the high school for $50,000 in damages.
