Last week rumors spread that Dwyane Wade and his ex wife Siohvaughn Fuchnes-Wade agreed on a financial settlement somewhere in the neighborhood of $5 million [click here if you missed that].

Earlier this week Dwyane Wade filed an emergency motion to force his ex-wife Siohvaughn to have a psychiatric evaluation before being allowed to see their children after she staged a bizarre sit-in protest outside the court house in Chicago.
At the time Dwyane's lawyers dismissed the stunt claiming it was done after Siohvaughn agreed to a generous financial settlement, only Siohvaughn says she never signed it.

Funches’ camp is filing a response to Wade’s motion to suspend time-sharing, saying there’s no legal basis for the request and arguing that Funches is no threat to the boys.
As for the financial agreement that was to pay Funches $5 million-plus to go away announced with great fanfare Monday? It has yet to be signed!
