Phaedra Parks is suing Vibe Magazine and Angela Stanton for publishing Angela's memoirs, 'Lies of a Real Housewife' where Angela claims she was the fall guy for Phaedra's alleged crime syndicate [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Angela Stanton's baby daddy, Atlanta rapper Decatur Slim, was all set to testify against Angela on Phaedra's behalf but unfortunately he just got arrested for tax fraud.
According to The AJC Slim and female accomplice are accused of using hundreds of stolen identities to claim more than $60,000 in fraudulent tax returns.
