Last week Claudia Jordan and reality tv star Omarosa Manigault's mother got into a skirmish on the red carpet at the BET Awards [click here if you missed that].
Mrs. Magnigault's hopes for a restraining order against Claudia Jordan have been shot down...
TMZ reports Omarosa's mother requested in court that Claudia Jordan be ordered to stay 20 yards away from her, claiming "[Claudia] started to use profanity at me. As I was walking the carpet, she began to be physically aggressive" ... and used "her shoulder to try to knock me off balance."
The judge didn't buy it and Mom's request was denied. Another hearing for the case has been set for July 24.
