Last week Kanye West got into a scuffle with paparazzi at LAX and rumors spread that Kanye might be facing a felony [click here if you missed that].

The photographer involved claimed Kanye tried to steal his camera, but the District Attorney didn't go for it.
According to TMZ a misdemeanor criminal battery charge was considered but Kanye paid the camera guy off and that was the end of that.
