Last week news leaked that Jay Z was planning a super secret concert on top of the marque of the Ed Sullivan theater in New York [click here if you missed that].
Well that's not going to happen...
According to Page Six after initially granting permission to hold the concert the Mayor of New York did an about face and denied the permit.
Insiders claim the show was canceled over safety concerns after word of the concert began to spread.
