Halle and Olivier quietly wed in France on Saturday in front of 60 guests at the Chateau de Conde in Vallery.
The bride wore white and the reception was held outdoors and included a fireworks display.
Halle Berry, 46, and Olivier Martinez, 47, are expecting a son in October.
This is Halle's third marriage and Olivier's first.
