Kanye West may not be able to go a day without attracting some negative headlines, but two of his pals say he’s misunderstood.
Directors Chike and Coodie, who worked on West’s first video, “Through The Wire,” say that away from the public glare, the rapper is humble.
“Maybe that comes off as being arrogant, but he is not an arrogant guy,” Coodie told Confidenti@l. Chike added: “It is passion — when you are an artist you have goals in your head and achievements you want to make."
