Last week the lawyer for Khyati Shah announced his client would decide whether or not to sue Miguel for drop kicking her in the face during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards after seeking medical attention [click here if you missed that].
Welp, the diagnosis is in and according to her doctor Khyati has been showing signs of brain damage.
