One week after sentencing Chad Johnson to 30 days in jail for acting inappropriately in court Judge Kathleen McHugh has agreed to set Chad free, but not before reading him the riot act.
According to TMZ Judge McHugh went in on Chad about his history of disrespectful behavior and called the domestic violence incident with his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada "horrific."
As punishment Chad's probation has been extended by one month.
