Last December a Florida judge sided with Miami Heat power forward Chris Bosh against his baby mama Allison Mathis who was trying to get a raise in child support from $2,600 a month to $30,000 a month [click here if you missed that].
Allison's argument hinged on the fact that Chris Bosh was not a resident of Texas, where the child support order originated, but actually a resident of more baby mama friendly Miami.
Last week Chris Bosh said he plans to stay in Miami for the rest of his career and eventfully retire there and Allison is trying to use that against him...

“Chris Bosh’s testimony in court about his being a Florida resident is exactly opposite of what he recently told the media,” said attorney Jane Carey. “He now says he intends to retire here after playing for the Heat. “You can’t be a resident of Texas and retire in Florida."
