Last year Tameka Raymond accused Usher of withholding payment to her nannies during their bitter child custody battle [click here if you missed that].
At the time Usher denied the claims but now a former nanny has come forward with the same accusations...
According to TMZ Usher's former nanny Cecilia Duncan is suing the pop star claiming she was hired in 2010 and was never paid for overtime.
Cecilia says she complained to Usher about being shorted but he never rectified the situation.
Cecilia was fired last September and now she's suing for back pay and damages in the six figures.
