Last year Allgood Entertainment CEO Patrick Allocco filled a $10 million lawsuit against Nas, claiming he was kidnapped in Angola after Nas refused to board his flight for a New Years Eve concert [click here if you missed that].
Nas wants the suit thrown out...
At the hearing Nas' attorney claims the only reason his client refused to board his flight because he was only given a one way ticket and did not have a work Visa.
Patrick Allocco was held in Angola for 50 days by the local promoter who demanded the return of $350,000 for his release.
