Welp, Wiz' case has been thrown out of court...
Wiz Khalifa filed a $1 million lawsuit against It's My Party, Inc after they canceled his show at George Mason University, claiming they promised him $85,000 plus a cut of the profits.
It's My Party argued they canceled because of low ticket sales, plus Wiz never signed the contract.
The judge agreed with It's My Party and tossed Wiz and his case out on its ass.
