Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor are suing Kanye West for using a sample of their father's 1974 single "Bumpin' Bus Stop."
The siblings are seeking a multi million settlement.
This is not Kanye's first time being sued over music clearance. Chicago Blues man Syl Johnson and 70s music producer Robert Poindexter have also taken Kanye to court over music rights [click here if you missed that].
