Did Beyonce Rip Kelly's Idea for a Remix?

Beyonce recently released a remix for her god awful buzz single Bow Down / I Been On featuring Houston rappers Bun B, Z-Ro, Willie D, Slim Thug, Scarface and Lil KeKe.

Did Beyonce steal the Houston remix idea from Kelly Rowland..?

It sure sounds like it.

In an interview with DJ Drama on Shade 45 Kelly talked about Beyonce's Bow Down remix and admitted, 

“I actually have a record that I wanted Bun B or Slim Thug or Scarface on, but I can’t do it now.”
