The Mrs. Carter World Tour kicked off in Belgrade last night without any new music and no new album because Beyonce can't decide on a first single...

BEYONCE’s new album has had more false starts than the Grand National.
The singer’s latest collection has fallen at the first hurdle three times – and she’s showing no signs of speeding things up.
She is dragging her heels because she wants the first single to be an absolute belter.
A source said: “Beyonce is a perfectionist – and her biggest competition is herself.
“She won’t put anything out as her first single until she’s 100 per cent sure it will be a classic. She’s putting pressure on herself for it to be a hit of Single Ladies calibre, and to make sure she’s on top of the game.
“The first single was supposed to be Grown Woman – but that got cancelled and used as a teaser for her new Pepsi ad.”
Then she dropped Bow Down after getting a load of grief over its lyrics, with critics claiming it was a call for women to bow down to men.
She’ll have trouble releasing any music if she constantly compares it to Single Ladies. The track went four times platinum.
